Scope of Work

Activity Center Renovation, Upgrade Existing Softball And Baseball Fields, New Multipurpose Field, Renovate Existing Playground, New Prefabricated Restroom, Demolition (Press Boxes, Grandstands, Restroom Building, Maintenance Area), New Perimeter Trail, Resurface Existing Parking Lot, New Maintenance Area, Upgrade Field Lighting, And Miscellaneous Park Improvements (Park Amenities, Sidewalks And Concrete Pads, Security Lighting & Landscaping)

Project Updates

  • Public engagement for proposed improvements has been completed, with final concept and cost estimates approved.
  • Project kicked off on 10/23/2025.
  • Site visit completed 11/19/2025.
  • Additional investigation of the building and site elements (septic system) needed to be conducted before proceeding.
  • Bidding and Award is targeted for September 2026.
  • Construction is pending.
