Community Survey
The City of Fort Lauderdale ("City") is committed to continuously improving its services to enhance the quality of life for our community and businesses. One method for ensuring improvement is by conducting Neighbor and Business Surveys, which are collectively referred to as the Community Survey. Surveys provide the means for the City to gain insight, measure, and focus improvements in the areas that are of highest importance to the community and businesses.
The City has contracted with Zencity to administer the Surveys, as they use innovative ways of generating online surveys. ZenCity ensures that results are statistically valid and representative of the four City Commission Districts and Census demographics. The data obtained through the Community Surveys is also important for advancing Fast Forward Fort Lauderdale 2035 and Press Play Fort Lauderdale 2029, implementing the City Commission Priorities, and for developing strategic annual budgets which reflect the priorities of our community.
