Las Olas Boulevard Employee Parking Options

The City of Fort Lauderdale has designated the Beverly Heights and Colee Hammock neighborhoods as Residential Parking Permit Districts (RPPD). Effective May 1, 2018, employees who work on Las Olas Boulevard will be prohibited from parking in the Beverly Heights neighborhood 24 hours a day, seven days a week and in the Colee Hammock neighborhood from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. Below is a list of alternative parking locations, permit costs, and hours of operation for employees who work in retail or restaurant businesses on Las Olas Boulevard:

Las Olas Employee Permit	Permits are only valid at the Heron, Nautical, Pelican, and Venice Parking Lots, as well as any on-street metered space (excluding Las Olas Boulevard). Employees may not park on any street south of the Tarpon River or north of Broward Boulevard between S.E. 1st Avenue and S.E. 17th Avenue.	7 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily	$45 plus tax per month	Monthly parking permits are available on a quarterly basis; permits are available for purchase by the 15th of the previous month. Permits can be purchased at the Parking Services Office, located at 290 N.E. 3rd Avenue. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The parking options listed above are designated for employees that work at retail and restaurant businesses on Las Olas Boulevard only. Anyone who wants to participate in any of these programs will be required to provide a copy of their most recent pay stub to verify their employer is located on Las Olas Boulevard.
