Commission Agenda Memos, or CAMs, are our opportunity to present information and recommendations to the City Commission and our neighbors. CAMs provide a visible opportunity to tell the story about how our community is growing, present challenges requiring Commission action, and share forward-thinking recommendations developed by our world-class staff.

The form below is to request a new Commission agenda item to be placed on a future agenda date. For a calendar of all Commission dates and associated deadlines please click here. Please fill out this form as soon as you know that you will have an item on the agenda at an upcoming Commission meeting.
