DSD Appointment Scheduling
In Office Appointments
The Development Services Department (DSD) offers our Neighbors the ability to schedule in-house appointments for certain services. Walk-ins are still welcome, but will be seen on a first come, first served basis. The scheduling system allows you to make, change or cancel appointments conveniently online.
Neighbors may make appointments for DSD services for Permitting (for permit pickups or permitting assistance), Engineering (ROW), Landscaping, Property Records and Planning Preliminary Development Meetings.

Engineering Walk-In Hours
Schedule an appointment or for walk-in service:
- Plan Reviewers are available Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Request to speak with Administrative Staff, for faster assistance.
- Call 954-828-6159 or 954-828-5232 for questions or to confirm appointments.
You may also make appointments for Business Tax, Community Enhancement (Code Enforcement) and Utility Billing.
