In-Office Appointments

DSD offers our Neighbors the ability to schedule in-house appointments for certain services using Nemo-Q. This allows Neighbors to set an appointment, change an appointment or cancel an appointment from the convenience of their mobile phones or personal computers.

Community Enhancement offers daily appointments for the following functions:

  1. Lien Amnesty
  2. Vacation Rentals
  3. Speak with a Supervisor

Ready to Schedule?

  1. Visit Schedule an Appointment to get started.
  2. Select Community Enhancement from the drop down list.
  3. Select the make an appointment button.
  4. Review/agree to the terms and select next.
  5. Office: Community Enhancement - Booking Queue: Service you need - Date: pre-filled
  6. Then select the first available time button.
  7. Select the time you want and select next.
  8. Enter your information to complete the booking
  9. Don't forget to include your Code Case Number
